ANGELA VANNOSTRAND, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy/Owner

Physical Therapist, Dr. Angela VanNostrand, PT, DPT received her Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University with a major in Psychology and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Michigan. She also has an Advanced Certificate in Health Foundations. Angela has worked several years helping individuals who are injured in many aspects. Angela’s specialty as a health professional is working with patients that are experiencing chronic pain, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, pelvic floor health, orthopedic and neurological conditions. Her treatment consists of utilizing evidence based therapeutic care for her patients in addition to providing an environment that promotes individualized focus. Angela enjoys running, biking, spending time with her family and her two rescue dogs.

JASON HOCKEMEYER, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Physical Therapist, Dr. Jason Hockemeyer, PT, DPT, has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. He is also certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). His capabilities to pinpoint inefficient movement patterns of the body augments effective treatment to help the cause of his patient’s symptoms. With several years of experience, Dr. Jason has helped numerous young athletes get back into the game with the right rehab and training plan. Through his work, he can successfully help the older adults who are experiencing persistent pain. In his free time, Jason loves spending time with his family, hiking, and watching sporting events.
